    Our neighborhood pool reaches 5’ depth and includes a separate kiddie pool. Lounge chairs under cantilever umbrellas and tables will make a great pool day for the family!

    The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. A gated secure entry ensures privacy for Lake Swan residents.

    Our pool area overlooks the lake for stunning summer sunset views.

Playground

Lake Swan has a fenced playground for children ages 12 and under. Our playground was built in 2016 in honor of the late Don Byers, a long-time Lake Swan resident.

Tennis Court

The private tennis court for Lake Swan Residents is located at the intersection of Lake Swan Court and John Barber Drive.
